I wanted to share my complete appreciation for my experience with Northwest Sky Ferry. In an era of cost cutting, massive delays, and huge baggage surcharges I had begun avoiding air travel at all costs. The flexibility, professionalism, and decency of the Northwest Sky Ferry staff bring air travel into a whole new realm. To be greeted by name by your pilot, given information on the area during the flight, and to be treated as a person instead of a seat number takes some getting used to! Beyond that, the massive time savings over the ferry system gave us hours on each end of our trip that would have been lost in transit. The islands were beautiful and a wonderful getaway, but for the first time in my life I found myself looking forward to the trip home. I cannot recommend Northwest Sky Ferry highly enough and can promise you have made a customer for life. Quite simply, Northwest Sky Ferry has elevated air travel to levels that are simply impossible with any other carrier I have found.

I have used Northwest Sky Ferry once February and again today, and I want to tell you how impressed I am with your service between Orcas Island and Bellingham. Your fares are more than reasonable, and your flights operate at convenient times. The gentleman at the front desk of your Bellingham office was particularly kind to me while I waited for my flight (I was two hours early), and both pilots on my respective flights were cordial and considerate. Each time I found myself wishing that the trip was more than a brief fifteen minutes. You are providing islanders with an excellent alternative to the Washington State Ferry system, and I hope that I can take advantage of your service again soon. I certainly will recommend you to anyone who asks.
