FLIGHT ADVISORY :

Sky Ferry flights are conducted in the rugged environment of the Pacific Northwest.  Your safety and the safety of our crews is our primary concern.  All flights are subject to weather, runway conditions, regulatory considerations, and pilot and aircraft availability.  All flights depart at the pilot’s discretion, and Northwest Sky Ferry and its employees assume no responsibility for any and all loss or liability arising from any flight delays or cancellations as a result of weather, mechanical discrepancies, regulatory restrictions, or any other circumstance.

BOOKING ADVISORY:

We pride ourselves on scheduling flexibility. However, we do require some time to plan and process flights with abnormal departure times. For this reason, if you would like to book an “Any Time” flight we ask that you make your reservation more than 12 hours prior to your intended departure. Flights booked less than 12 hours prior to departure will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.  This fee does not apply to any flight leaving on our predetermined departure times.

SCHEDULE ADVISORY:

While we strive to release our flights on time, departure and arrival times are approximate and may be affected by routing variations, weather delays and diversions, as well as mechanical discrepancies.  Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure.  Pilots will wait five minutes for late arrivals.  We recommend guests allow extra time when traveling by air, and pack some extra patience in your carry-on.  On the bright side, at least you’re not waiting in the ferry line.

BAGGAGE POLICY:

Guests on Sky Ferry scheduled or FLIGHTPOOLING flights may check-in up to 40 pounds of baggage per guest.  Excess baggage will be accepted for an additional charge of $.75 per pound on a space available basis.

FREIGHT POLICY:

Freight and packages may be accepted on Sky Ferry scheduled or FLIGHTPOOLING flights for $25 per package for packages weighing up to 20 pounds, and then $.75 per pound, on a space available basis.  Sky Ferry is not authorized to carry hazardous materials.  Please call us at (360)676-9999 for more information.

PARKING:

We offer free parking for Sky Ferry guests at our home base at the Bellingham Airport.  Please inquire about long term parking in excess of three days.
